Here, as they say, the taste and color … At first I also assumed that bronchial asthma and climate can be somehow interconnected and interconnected, usually through “intermediaries” in the form of bronchitis.
That it was all about the climate and that there was evidence in the form of an increase in the number of attacks during bad weather. How does the climate change, it starts raining or snowing, the temperature decreases (or vice versa, it rises) or some other bad weather comes and attacks of suffocation begin, then it’s all about it. But it’s not that simple.
Of course, there is no doubt that dust and charged particles can cause attacks of suffocation, but I now believe that atmospheric pressure should be added to all this. In my opinion, a damp climate can provoke an exacerbation of diseases similar in symptoms to asthma or provoke attacks of already existing asthma. These are usually various kinds of chronic bronchitis. Bronchitis sometimes accompanies asthma in a latent or explicit form. Do not forget that it is quite easy to catch asthma and a simple cold. It is precisely for people with bronchitis that a sharp climate change can have a very serious impact on health.
The global modern climate change on earth is another matter. For patients with asthma and bronchitis, this is more important than for others. This category is the most sensitive, so what? The consequences of global climate change on the planet and its speed are still difficult to predict, but the entire animal world is already reacting to it. And it doesn’t react very well. Adaptation to climate change in living organisms is slow, this may even require a change of generations.

The safest and most mild climate for asthma and chronic bronchitis sufferers is a mild climate with moderate humidity and freezing temperatures. Since I tried it on first of all for myself, then the data that I provide is most suitable for me. I asked other people, of course.
So, the result of these polls shows that for people suffering from asthma, the optimal temperature at which an asthmatic with bronchitis feels more or less comfortable is t = + 10 ~ + 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
Having looked at the map of Russia, I honestly did not see such favorable regions of Russia for living. Areas of the Black Sea and especially Abkhazia are very close. Not a bad area of the cities of Sochi (go and try to live there) and Anapa. However, in winter and there from time to time the temperature can sometimes drop to zero.
Nothing to do, I looked at the world map in more detail.
I found several more or less suitable areas for living with a mild climate.
Here they are:
some areas of New Zealand, Australia, a certain part of Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, various islands in the ocean, there are many of them and all of them are quite small, whoever needs it will find it. Maybe there are more, but I found these.
The temperate maritime climate is very favorable and very favorable. At least it won’t get any worse.
In countries like Iran, Iraq, Brunei, the United Arab Emirates and the countries of the Asian continent, the temperature in summer can be quite high. More than 30 degrees. Although it probably can do too.
Sometimes I hear stories about how a person changed the region of residence and he developed asthma and it seems like it’s all because of a sharp climate change. But here we still need to see how his place of residence has changed in terms of elementary air pollution. This is especially important in big cities. The fact that asthma attacks can be due to abrupt climate change and air pollution, and “help” in all of this kind of bronchitis is understandable, but still need to consider the health of asthmatics and the pressure changes.
